I didnt want to keep dropping JUST training videos and not let you guys see how we fuel up for the workouts !!!
In todays post I just give you a very simple receipe and a few little tips on organizing some snacks for the day. No matter if you are knee deep in a serious training program or just getting started, I wouldnt be the only one telling you that nice, clean food will be your best friend.
As your body starts to work and build lean muscle and decrease body fat, your body is like a furnace. You know how that will work then. If the furnace has no fuel…. It doesnt produce any heat !!!
If you are consistently working out then in order to keep rebuilding and repairing your body, YOU NEED TO EAT !
So…. here is great receipe, includes all ya need in a nice evening meal. Protein, some good fats, and some nice green veggies.
