About our Program
Sculpt Fitness has built up its reputation in Northeast Ohio for helping numerous men and women achieve their fitness goal of weight loss, dropping body fat as well as improving strength.
Along the way we have had the opportunity to help train many football players around Akron, Medina, Copley and the surrounding areas in Ohio and help them get ready for the upcoming season on the football field.
How We Can Help
When you decide to work with one of our experienced personal trainers who have had experience training for their sport and training athletes in improving their speed and strength, you'll get the one on one coaching that comes with having a private coach that is looking out for your interests.
A downfall that we've noticed firsthand from being athletes ourselves and hearing from athletes and their parents is the quality and attention that they aren't receiving being in a big weight room at the school. It can be hard to get the best training when the school has one coach trying to help dozens of athletes get better for the season.
We have proven success in helping football players improve their bench press, squat and other strength movements. A stronger body equates to a healthier body, which equates to being more dominant on the field. As well as building up an athletes strength, speed trumps it all! With 1200 square feet of indoor field turf, we are able to work on speed and agility movements during each workout.
