Lets finish the week off strong with a little Friday challenge !!

Here we go:   WTH for 24 Minutes (lets really push the envelope and see how many rounds you can get !!!!)

Dead Push Ups x 10

Plyo Jumps x 10

Rope CLimbs x 1 or Modified Rope climbs x 3

Single Arm Kettlebell Swings x 10(r,l)
