Friday Sculpt Whiteboard Workout: conditioning challenge

Hey guys and ladies

We hit the weights pretty heavy yesterday which I LOVE seein everyone doing. I even caught some peeps hitting the road runs !!

Let’s up the conditioning a little bit today.

Here we go: Burpee and kettlebell swing couplets

10-10-8-8-6-6

Ex: burpees x 10
Kb swings x 10
