Friday Sculpt Whiteboard Workout: conditioning WTH

Whoa buddy there was some work goin on in the gym the past few days. Make sure you are workin your a$& off but at the same time you MUST give your body rest in order to become stronger and achieve results.

So let’s do this … It’s Friday !

WTH: 10 min
Plyo jumps x 5 or squat jumps x 10
Kettlebell swings x 10
High lows w/ med ball x 10

WTH: 10 min
Ball slams x 10
Jump rope x 50
V-sits x 10 or Russian twists x 20
