chalk it up as another kick a!@ week of workouts. Again, I am still blown away at the hard work and dedication that our members put towards their workouts. Our strong community continues to grow and you guys and girls are doing such a great job of helping and motivating others. Thank you !

Plyo Jumps x 6 or Squat Jumps x 10
Slam Balls x 10
Snatches x 3 (any training tool can be used here !)
