Friday Sculpt Whiteboard Workout: Whiteboard Challenge !!

Hey guys and girls,

Man, I can’t thank you guys and girls enough for coming out and now REALLY showing what the Sculpt Fit Crew is really all about.  You are the reason why we function as a gym and why I continuously wake up early every morning passionate about what I do.   So Thank You !!!!!

Heres the challenge:  WTH for 24 minutes

Kettlebell Swings x 20

Rope Climbs x 1 or Mods x 4

Plyo Jumps x 6

Slam Balls x 10

 

Here is the key.  The circuit is small so the volume of work should be pushed today.   Make sure that during this challenges that you record your results on the whiteboards so we can watch you grow in your workout success !!!!
