Friday white board- High Pull Thruster ladder

hey yo !,

Time to bring on the weekend.  Sculpt Fitness will be representing hard core at the Akron Marathon Expo tomorrow.  Come on down and strut your stuff for all to see.  Show the world what a Sculpt Warrior looks like ! ha ha

Here we go:

Our thruster ladder looks like this-  Kettlebell High pull, catch the bottom of the bell going into a squat thrust.

Where gonna mix it with some pull ups

High Pull thrusters : 10-8-6-4-3-2-1

Pull Ups : 10-8-6-4-3-2-1

Blow out finish…… 400 revolutions on the jump ropes as quick as you can !
