Here we go: 28 minute AMRAP
Kettlebell swings x 10
Overhead Press x 6 right, 6 left
Kettlebell High Pulls x 10
Kettlebell reverse lunges x 6 right, 6 left
Get Up Sit Ups x 10
Travel Planks x 8-10
