Monday Sculpt Whiteboard Workout: A strong start to the week

Hey guys and girls,

Right away,  I cannot thank everyone enough for being a part of the new Sculpt FItness Grand Opening.  Without all of you there is NO Sculpt Fitness, so I thank you deeply.

So lets kick this week off with a bang !!!!!

Here we go:  5 rounds of strength

Cleans x 6 (Barbell, Kettlebell-single or double)

Weighted Step Ups x 5 (r.l)

Pull up Variation x 10 or 5 if your gonna add some weight

Kettlebell Swings x 10

 

Abs Circuit: 3 x

Get Up Sit up x 10

Russian Twist x 10
