Monday Sculpt Whiteboard Workout: KB and Body Weight Strength Day

Whats up everyone !

 

Ill get it out right now……  The sunday weather here was UNREAL.   I think we have all been waiting for that warm feeling for a little while now ha ha.   So what better way to embrace the warm weather than with some serious monday work !!!

Here we go:

WTH for 24 Min

Kettlebell Swings x 10

Pull up Variation x 5-8

Single Arm Kettlebell Clean and Press x 6(r,l)

Jump Squats x 15

Leg Raises x 10-15

 

Ok thats not TOO long of a circuit so lets get to work !
