Weighted Step Ups x 5 (r.l)
Pull up Variation x 10 or 5 if your gonna add some weight
Kettlebell Swings x 10
Abs Circuit: 3 x
Get Up Sit up x 10 or Power Wheel rollout
Russian Twist x 10
