Time for the week to start, so lets do this right !!!!!

Although the heat has been pretty heavy over the past few days, we have had people outside and they have been showing outstanding gains.   As many people probably can see if you follow our blog and our workouts that we take our training pretty seriously.   Our members ALL workout their rear-ends off and we are seeing first hand the gains they are making.

Those are the type of members and athletes we want working with us at the Sculpt Gym.   The people that even though they know the program is gonna be tough that day or our early morning groups who could very easily roll over and hit the snooze button, or the evening crews that come in that have the choice to pass up our exit on the highway and head home and skip the workout.   But they DONT !   They have invested time into us and our programs because they want change.

— Repeat all the way down to 1 Burpee, 1 Pullup and 1 Sled Drag

 

Some of our clients are seriously killing it with their pull ups.   Our next challenge to them will be mastering the beloved “muscle up”.    I will be in the gym this week going over some new learned instruction on making these dreams a reality !!!    Lets get strong !!!!!!
