Push it to the limit

hey guys and girls,

When ever we do a workout at the Sculpt Fitness training gym our request is that you work as hard as you possibly can.   We have clients of all fitness levels performing workouts every day in the gym.  No matter if your a beginner or an elite athlete you must push it to get your body as strong and fit as possible.  Creating a strong, conditioned body is not an easy task at all.  If it was, then we would increase the chance of seeing tons more people looking the way they want.

Hard ass work and dedication is the formula to getting you to the place you want to be.  At the gym,  let the pro’s help create the road map to help get you there.   So when there is a tough workout on the white board that day,  don’t let the first thoughts in your mind be negative,  like “Oh my god,  this is gonna be miserable”.    Getting your mind right is the first step to beasting through a workout !

I take my own personal workouts very seriously and I push myself everyday to get stronger and take my programs to a new level.  I push to have my clients and athletes in that same mind frame.    The ones who buy into it and “get it”,  are the ones who have just destroyed it at the Sculpt Fitness Gym and are building a strong healthy body and making a positive change in their life as well as others.

Take the challenge with your workouts and completely PUSH yourself,   push it to the limits !    You will be a better, stronger person mentally and phyically.
