    For our trainers to understand your wants and needs best, we need to understand where your body is from a health and fitness standpoint.

    You’ll receive a FREE Body Fat Analysis using our high-caliber, state-of-the-art body fat testing Tanita Scale, which displays exactly how many pounds of fat, how many pounds of muscle, and how many pounds of water are in your body. Using this information, we’ll show you how you compare to “fit” individuals of your same age and gender so that you have a better feel for where you might want to go in your fat loss and fitness journey.

     

  • Learn and Go Through a Proper Warmup
