Sculpt Wednesday Whiteboard Workout: Body weight strength

hey yo !!!!!

I was seeing some serious workouts over the past few days. That mixed with the warmer weather is what I have been waiting to see !! Keep it up guys and girls

Here we go:

4 Rounds:
Dead Push ups x 10
Plyo Lunges x 20
Pull ups x 5-8
Squat thrust x 10

3 Rounds:
Rope Climb x 1 or Modify x 3
Squat Jumps x 15
Leg Raises x 10
Road Runs x 1

Great way to put the weights down and de-load today !!!
