Stephanie graduated from Walsh University in North Canton, OH in 2001. Shortly after, she moved to Chicago where she worked in a financial firm for 10 years. After years of running and attending group fitness classes, she started working with a her own personal trainer 6 years ago.
Everything changed when she was educated by her trainer about strength training and taking a progressive approach to workouts. The implementation of structured program design coupled with tweaks to nutrition resulted in total physical transformation.
Inspired by the positive experience from working with a trainer, Stephanie decided she wanted to become a trainer too. After years of being dissatisfied working in the corporate world, Stephanie decided to trade in her finance job for a career in guiding others down a path of fitness and health.
With 5 years of personal training experience and continued education, Stephanie caters to a variety of fitness levels and goals. Whether you’re a novice or a lifelong athlete, or if want to alter body composition, improve race time, lose fat, reduce back pain, move better, or achieve general health and wellness, she can educate you and help you achieve your goals.
After growing up in Northeast Ohio and then living in Chicago for the last 15 years, she’s excited to be back in Northeast Ohio continuing a career in fitness.
