Here we go :

Circuit 1 : x 5
Squats x 6 (any variation, sumo, barbell back squat, kb front squat)

Press variation x 5 ( overhead, bench, weighted dips)

Circuit 2: x 3 rounds
Pull up or body row x 6-8
Plyo lunges x 20
Kettlbell swings x 12

Circuit 3: x 3 rounds
Slam ball x 10 ( from knees)
Jump rope x 50
Alternating rope slams x 20
