Circuit 1: 4 rounds
Overhead press or alternate press x 10 total
– kettlebells, barbell or dumbbell

Row variation x 10
– alternate kb
– single arm
– t bar row(explanation available)

Circuit 2 : body weight x 4 rounds
Walking lunges x 10-20 total
Rope rows x 10-15
Push up variation x 10-15
– add weight if needed

Circuit 3: 3 rounds
Slam balls x 10-15
Rope slams x 20
