Tuesday Sculpt Whiteboard Workout: Snatches… maybe prowlers and sleds??

Happy tuesday !

Well I am keeping my fingers crossed that the weather warms up a tad and the sun stays out today because I would LOVE to tear apart some sleds and prowlers ! SO…. lets roll with it.

Here we go: snatch Ladder with sled pulls or prowler pushes between

Snatch ladder:

10-8-6-6-4-4-2

*** if you arent ready for snatches, make sure to grab one KB and perform snatch pulls

In between each round of snatches you will:

Pull the weight sled Cone to cone or

Push the prowler cone to cone

Free style abs after (if you have some juice left)- 4 sets

Power wheel rollouts x 10
Hanging leg raises x 10
Get Up Sit Ups x 10
