Hey guys and girls,
We beat it up good at the Sculpt Fitness gym today ! Split my two groups up and had one group do one conditioning workout and then had the second group do another. Later in the week we will flip flop and each group will do the other workout.
The guys in the workout are killin it ! They intensity we train at is what acheives results, it’s up to you to decide if you are willing to put the hard work and “extra” workouts in to build your strong, conditioned machine or shed that unwanted body fat.
P.S- I am in the process of putting together a number of Ebooks for all you guys and girls. The best part about it….. for a limited time they are all gonna be F-R-E-E. Yep, I said it FREE. Why am I doing this you ask ? I feel like people need that little nudge to get them going.
