Wednesday Sculpt Whiteboard Workout: Mid Week Challenge

Hey guys and girls,

We saw some serious work getting done in the gym so far this week.  This is the perfect opportunity to set some weights down and work on our body weight strength and conditioning.

Here we go !

Burpees (squat thrust can be done if needed)

Slam Ball

 

Take this workout to really work hard but at the same time put some of the big weights away, de-load and activelt recover the body.
