Sculpt Fitness is adding an additional piece to it's fitness puzzle with the addition of a Saturday afternoon Yoga for Flexibility Class

We're Adding a New Piece to the Puzzle here at the Akron-Medina Gym Location for all of our gym members and even friends and family of our members!

Yoga For Flexibility - A 1 Hour class led by Yoga Instructor Jennifer Bishop, will incorporate a variety of movements, poses and stretches that will focus on releasing muscle tightness and increasing mobility in the body which we feel all of our gym members could benefit from tremendously!

This is a class that can be done even if you are not experienced in yoga. Jennifer will help with modifications and adjustments to make sure you have a great yoga class!

WHEN - Our first class will be held OCTOBER 3rd at the AKRON MEDINA GYM location starting at 12pm and will finish at 1pm

Jennifer Bishop will be leading our Yoga for Flexibility class offered at the Akron-Medina Sculpt Fitness. She has been learning and developing her yoga practice since 2009 and has become well known around the area as a great teacher who is able to create a yoga practice for both experienced and those new to yoga.

Jennifer teaches yoga at Yoga Bliss in Akron Ohio and has taken numerous courses as well as completing 200 hours of certification in Baron Baptiste's teacher training.
