For sure time for a de-load/primal style workout. The Sculpt Crew has really been pushin it and we need to continue to preach the importance of active recovery.

So that being said….

Push Ups x 10 (any variation)
Squat Jumps x 15
Pull ups x 5-8
Mountain Climber x 20

4 Rounds of:
Body Rows x 10
Plyo Lunges x 12
Travel Planks x 10
Jump Rope x 50
