Warm up with Depth jumps on Plyo boxes 4 sets: jump on box, jump down and immediately back up onto a box of the same height or higher.

Front Squat: 5 sets of 5 reps

Metabolic Workout:

Here we go

Double kb or barbell – clean, squat and press
Road runs or mail box runs(Hudson gym) between each round

** if it’s raining ull be doing 100 jump ropes instead of road runs
