Friday it is !!!!

Man the gym was hoppin tonight. SFNC in there throwing down gettin stronger and the crew only continues to grow. Friday we combine some strong moves with some body weight

Here we go:

4 rounds :
Double kb sumo squats x 10
Alternating kb press x 10 total

4 rounds:
Wall walking x down and back or just one way
Squat jumps x 20
Ring rows x max (as many as you can get)

Abs: 4 rounds of Russian twists x 20

There it is !!!! Time to tear it up to start the weekend
