Its friday and so its time to through a kick a#$ challenge in.

5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5 Ladder

Thrusters (kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell, sandbag)

Ex: 5 thrusters, 5 burpees, 1 rope climb

** After each round you must complete 1 rope climb or 2 modified rope climbs

This should be a good one !!!!! Lets tear it up
