hey guys and girls,

chalk it up as another kick [email protected] week of workouts.  Again, I am still blown away at the hard work and dedication that our members put towards their workouts.   Our strong community continues to grow and you guys and girls are doing such a great job of helping and motivating others.  Thank you !

Challenge time:  Here we go

5 rounds for time:

Kettlebell swings x 20

Plyo Jumps x 6  or Squat Jumps x 10

Slam Balls x 10

Snatches x 3 (any training tool can be used here !)


Remember to keep track of your challenge times so when we go back at them you can see the progress !
