Clean and Press(any object) x 6 —  6r,l if using one Kb

Rope Climb x 1 or Mod Rope Climb x 4

Squat Thrust(burpee with no push up or Jump)


Short and Sweet everyone, so we are really gonna hit the volume style of training today !!!!   Enjoy the sun and do some outside if you want !
