Squats thrusts, farmer walks, rope climbs and jump ropes ….. Oh my

Here we go :

squat thrust ladder: 10-10-8-8-8-6-6
After each squat thrust set you have:

2 laps around the center wall of farmer walk w kbs

1 rope climb

40 jump rope revs

Killin it !!!!!! Well kids, its late and I need my rest to get our SFMC amped up ha ha.
