Its Friday workout time !!!

Man this week brought some killer workouts for everyone.  The strength workout that we ALL threw down on thursday really made people work and push the envelope a little more than usual.

Also,  sorry about the mix on the first episode of the Sculpt Fitness TV.  Apparently we have some sound issues and according to the pros, that if you are going to have video recordings then sound is 100% a must have ha ha.  I will be sending that out first thing tomorrow morning and hopefully you all will be able to enjoy our “3 steps to kick start your workout program tips”

So lets get those lungs pumping for this workout !!!!!

Here we go:  Conditioning Ladder for the best time ya got in the tank !

Burpees: 20- 15-12-10-8-6-4-2

Jump Rope: 100-90-80-70-60-50-40-30


15 burpees

100 jump rope revolutions

12 burpees

90 Jump Rope revolutions

and down the ladder


and theres your agenda.  Lets get on it tomorrow !!!!
