Its friday !!!!!!

I figured a good ol’ kettlebell workout seemed appropriate for today.   Ill keep it short and sweet and let YOU get to work !!!!

Here we go: 28 minute AMRAP

Kettlebell swings x 10

Overhead Press x 6 right, 6 left

Kettlebell High Pulls x 10

Kettlebell reverse lunges x 6 right, 6 left

Get Up Sit Ups x 10

Travel Planks x 8-10


Love a classic kettlebell workout.   No matter when you throw it in,  you always feel  like a million bucks when you get done !!!
