1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

1-on-1 Personal Training is what we are best known for, having helping hundreds of men and women in the Akron area achieve their fitness goal since 2008! 

Work on a specific weight loss, strength, and health goal with one of our trainers today. Workouts are 30 min or 45 min in length.

Our small group workouts have become popular in the Akron area for those who want to workout with others in a cost effective way while having the guidance of some of the best trainers around!

With morning and evening times available daily, a variety of workout equipment available, personal trainers who instruct and modify the workout for your needs, and a positive gym atmosphere, we have everything you need to reach your fitness goals!

ATHLETE TRAINING

Sports Performance Training is for athletes ranging from youth level all the way to collegiate wanting to gain strength, get faster and more explosive.

Work with a strength coach privately at our Akron gym location and take your game to the next level.
