Happy monday gym rats !
Today we are going to give you a couple options for your workouts. We are really excited to be able to bring the workouts to our members online. The workouts will be on the white board at the Sculpt Gym, but you are welcome to print out the workouts and keep track of your weights and progress in the workouts !
Workout 1 – Kettlebell challenge
100 kettlebell snatch pulls or advance clients can perform snatches
100 kettlebell push press (100 on right and left arms)
100 pull ups or (if your not there yet, 100 ring or rope body weight rows)
100 Get Up Sit Ups
— We are actually going to be doing this workout for time, so get your mind right and work your a!$ off !
Workout 2: Strength Ladder
Choose your tool for the resistance part of the workout. Our movement for the strength ladder will be the Clean and Press, your options for tools are:
– Kettlebells Double
The ladder will also include Jump Rope revolutions
Here we go ! Looks like this
Clean and Press: 10 Reps all the way down to 1 rep
Jump Rope: 50 reps all the way down to 40 reps
(10 sets of each movement)
Example: 10 clean and press, 50 jump rope revolutions
9 clean and press, 49 jump rope revolutions
During these workouts work as hard as you can ! If you are a vet in the Sculpt Gym, you know what you need to do. If you have just started with us, then find a nice solid pace and work your way up over time to stronger more conditioned levels
