Barbell Front Squat
Overhead push press or bench press

Clean with kb x 5
(kb will be 5r and 5l)

Plyo jumps x 6

Pull ups x 7

High pulls x 8 (any object)

Get up sit ups x 9

Shuttle runs x 10(each way is one rep)
