Strength Work:

Back Squats
2 sets @ 5 reps
2 sets @ 3 reps (add 10-20lbs)
3 sets @ 10 reps (drop weight to a level where you can complete all 3 sets)

Metabolic work:
As many rounds in 25 min
Kb swings x 20
Kb push press x 8(r,l)
Kb walking lunges x 20
Body rows x 10 or Rope climb
Travel planks x 10
