Front Squat x 6 (use 2 Kettelbell, barbell, sandbag)
Any Weighted press variation x 6 (overhead press, Bench press, alternating press)
3 rounds:
Pull ups x 5-8
KB or DB walking lunges x 10
Kettlebell Swings x 10
4 rounds of conditioning (work up to being able to take ZERO breaks during circuit)
8 Burpees
10 Get up sit ups
10 Squat Jumps
40 Jump Ropes
Train Hard. Train Smart
