Here we go : 2 WTH’s combining strength and conditioning

WTH 1: 11 min
-Clean and press (hang clean with BB or a from a swing with a KB) x 6
-Road Run

WTH 2: 11 min
– dead high pulls x 8 (any object)
– Jump rope x 60

Ok guys and girls … The slate is clean. It’s a new week. Let’s set the bar high !!!
