I hope everyones holiday weekend was awesome. Getting to spend some time with the friends and fam is always a good way to kick off the holiday season. However, I know there was some serious food consuming this weekend so lets hit the training gym HARD this week !!!.
Starting off with some with kettlebells and conditioning: Here we go !
WTH: for 20 Min(as hard as you can !)- all this can be done with the option of single or double kettlebells
Kettlebell swings x 15
Front Squats x 10
Overhead Press x 6
Racked Kettlebell step ups x 6 (r,l)
Kettlebell row x 10
Conditioning Finisher !!!: WTH for 4 min of Burpees x 5 reps
