ok lets get this going,

Circuit 1: 5 x

Sumo Style Deadlift x 6
Single Arm KB Press x 6(r,l)

Circuit 2: 4 x

KB Walking Lunges x 10
Pull up Variation x 6 or body row x 10
Plyo Lunges x 12

Circuit 3: 3x

Farmer Walk x around the gym twice (down and back twice at hudson)
Jump rope x 40
Leg Raises x 10
