Hope everyone had a great weekend. Got a chance to crush some workouts or took the time to let the body rest.

Let’s kick off the week right and add a little strength.

High Pull x 8 (Barbell, Kettlebell-single or double)

Weighted Step Ups x 5 (r.l)

Pull up Variation x 10 or 5 if your gonna add some weight

Kettlebell Swings x 10

Abs Circuit: 3 x

Get Up Sit up x 10 or Power Wheel rollout

Russian Twist x 10

Train Hard. Train Smart
