WTH: for 27 Min(as hard as you can !)- all this can be done with the option of single or double kettlebells

Kettlebell swings x 15

Front Squats x 10

Overhead Press x 6

Racked Kettlebell step ups x 6 (r,l)

Kettlebell row x 10

Conditioning Finisher !!!: WTH for 4 min of Burpees x 5 reps

ok lets hit it !!!!!
