What a great weekend. Had a chance to chill with the friends and Fam and Deload the mind and body a little bit. Sometimes that is the best way to get ready to start off the week and crush some workouts this week !!!!
Just a heads up real quick there will be NO morning workouts at the bath gym on Wednesday. The regular 4 pm open gym time is the same. Just NO MORNING WORKOUTS.
