What a weekend !!! Time to get back in the gym and tear it up

Just a reminder to all our members of the gym. We will be starting our referral program tomorrow so when you get your referral cards make sure to get em out !!!!

Here’s the white board:

AMRAYC(as many rounds as you can) in 22 minutes

15 kettlebell swings
10 push ups
5 pull ups or body rows
10 snatches(r,l) or kettlebell high pulls

*** finisher will be on the board tomorrow ;). Suspense.. I know I know

Ok guys and girls. Tomorrow sets the tone for the week. GO BIG and make some noise !!!
