Hi everyone! My name is Rachel Pinti and I am the Fitness Coordinator and a Trainer at Sculpt Fitness!
My journey in health and fitness started at a very young age. I have struggled with weight from the time I can remember. I have experienced being both overweight and underweight, and have fought and learned to find balance in my own fitness journey! I was an athlete majority of my childhood being involved in tennis, volleyball, and competitive cheerleading. I became even more interested in fitness when I began my college career at Youngstown State University as an Exercise Science major. As I was learning more and more about the human body and biomechanics, I began to take an interest in weight lifting and nutrition in particular.
As I was learning more movements and watching my body composition change through nutrition and exercise, fitness became an obsession of mine, and I knew I wanted to help other people feel the sense of empowerment that I did! This led me to obtaining my Personal Training Certification in April of 2015, and I have been training a wide variety of clients ever since! I love working with all clients, especially those that want to make this a LIFESTYLE!
I have recently graduated with a BSAS in Exercise Science, and will be starting graduate school in January 2019 to obtain my MS in Nutritional Science. In my free time, I strive to be the best I can be both educationally and physically in fitness. I am a Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini Competitor, and plan to continue to compete as it is a passion of mine!
My goal as a trainer is to create relationships with my clients based upon trust, empathy, and of course RESULTS. I will push you to your limits, and help you transform your life to create the most healthy, happy, and fit version of YOU!
