Weekend time !!   Hey guys and girls


Well I have been thinking long and hard about the posting of Saturday workouts and I love the idea of making it a “freestyle” day.   So Saturdays white board for you crazy peeps is to pick a white board workout that was peformed during the week and try and amp it up !  If you only did 7 rounds on the monday workout,  shoot for 8 rounds on saturdays workout.   This is a great opportunity to get a weekend workout in and work on pushing yourself by perfecting our programs.
