  • After Your Sign Up For Your First Free Workout

    Shortly after signing up online for a free private or group workout, our gym manager will reach out to set up your day and time to come in.

    They will want to know your fitness goals, best time of day to come in, and answer any initial questions you have.

  • During Your First Visit/Workout

    When you meet with one of our trainers for your visit, they will take the time over the course of an hour to get to know you, your fitness goals, stumbling blocks you have or are currently facing in reaching your goal, as well as taking you through your choice of either a 30 minute private workout or small group workout!

  • After Your Workout Ends

    Once your private workout or group workout finishes, your trainer will have a better idea what the best membership option would be for your goals. He or she will then explain how things work moving forward with us.

    No worries if you wish not to join that day! We are here to help when you do decide you are ready.
