Sculpt Sport Performance was created out of the demand we saw in Northeast Ohio for private and customized athlete training for youth through the collegiate level athlete.

With a team of qualified and experienced strength coaches, a positive and highly regarded reputation in the area for a gym that has been around since 2008 (Sculpt Fitness Training Gyms), years of experience working with athletes from a variety of sports and age levels, we have the confidence to say we can help you take your performance to the next level.

One unique way we can set up an athlete training program in a team setting is having a strength coach come to you! We have the ability to train your athletes on site. Let us know what you are needing and we can discuss what we can do!

Our team of certified strength coaches have experience training entire sports teams as well as creating individualized programs for athletes in a variety of sports.

The biggest thing we hear about from parents and athletes is who are the trainers and what are their certifications.

Each one of our trainers who lead both individual and group athlete workouts are certified, carry college degrees in this field, and who have previously played sports themselves.

You can rest assured that we have a great group of well rounded trainers who will keep you safe plus be able to relate to what goals the athletes have for themselves.

A FULLY PRIVATE 8,000' GYM SPACE WITH TURF, SPEED SLEDS, FREE WEIGHTS AND MORE!

By having a large gym facility well over 8,000 square feet, we have plenty of space to offer individual athlete workouts and the ability to host team workouts too!

We have a large turf area, sport sleds, free weights, kettle bells and agility equipment...pretty much all the best stuff that has been proven to help you build strength, speed and increase agility.

sPORT pERFORMANCE TRAINING options

The most popular option that many of our athletes choose to do is a monthly training membership to work with one of our strength coaches. 

You will have the ability to train up to 4 times a week with a focus on your individual goals and needs.

Another option if you do desire a bit more flexibility in scheduling is by getting a 10 Pack Of Sessions, which can be used over a 90 day window. 

So if you are fitting in your workouts with us with a sport season, this would be a great option for you!

"Who's best suited to do athlete workouts at Sculpt Fitness?"

Any student athlete from grade level 6 and up who is wanting to begin a fitness training program for the first time, to the experienced high school or collegiate athlete wanting to take his or her performance to the next level.

We get that training with the team and doing their own training program sometimes has it’s limitations, mostly being that it is hard to give each athlete the individual attention they need.


Working with the trainers at Sculpt Fitness, you will have the sole focus and guidance of your own certified personal trainer for multiple workouts a week.

"What all are you able to help my athlete get better at if I choose Sculpt?"

Our main areas of focus for when we are working with an athlete include...
1.Helping them get stronger
2.Fixing the body's physical imbalances
3.Increasing speed and agility


"How much does it cost to work with a strength coach at Sculpt Fitness?"

We offer a couple different packages for those wanting to work with a Sculpt Sports Performance Coach.

Our most popular option would be our monthly training membership which would allow an athlete to workout up to 4 times a week with a strength coach.
It would automatically renew every 28 days. This also allows them to be consistent and work towards their specific goals.

We have a 10 pack of workouts which can be used across a 2 month window. You will schedule your workouts with your trainer (usually 2-3 a week) and you will be charged each time they come in.  .
Our last option would be a team training option.

"Can teams sign up to work with Sculpt Sports Performance?"

Yes!

"Is Sculpt Fitness Akron the only location that offers athlete training with a Sculpt Strength Coach?"

No, we offer training with our Sculpt Sports Performance coaches at multiple locations!

Those being Sculpt Fitness in Akron, SSC The Dirt and SSC Copley . These are all located roughly between 20 minutes of each other. Just let us know which location you prefer and we can match up a coach for you.
