Tire Flips x 6 or Deadlift x 6(straight, hex bar or sumo style)

Sandbag carry x to the road and back

Sled Drag or Prowler Push x Down and back

Farmer Walk(kettlebell or dumbbell) x down and back

Abs: 3 rounds

Russian twist x 20-30
Kneeling Slam Ball x 10
