** remember , these are 2 separate workouts. However , performing both increases the training intensity tremendously.
Sculpt Strength Workout:
Overhead push press(kb or barbell)
3 reps every 30 seconds(heavier weight) for 15 minutes.
Metabolic workout;
Here we go :
5 rounds
High Pulls(pull the weight from the floor) x 8
Dead Push Ups or Dips x 10-15
Pull up Variation x 8 or Body Rows x 8-10
Plyo Lungrs x 10
Slam Ball x 10 (standing or from knees)
Train Hard Train Smart
